Blanc de Blanc Encore Melbourne is the show everyone is talking about — and now I know why. Dare I say, the ballsiest entertainment in town. This is one production you do not want to miss. And yes, it’s that special.
First, there is the venue: Spiegel Haus Melbourne. It is the obvious and perfect destination for this visionary production.
Once you step inside, you will be dazzled by the Spiegel tent - a draped world of imagination and sensuality. Visually, there are things on the stage and all around to delight and captivate.
I found it impossible not to smile and get absorbed in the excitement just by walking to my seat. The energy from the audience’s anticipation in the room was electric.
Strut & Fret is the Melbourne-based production company behind Blanc de Blanc Encore. The company is known for creating touring shows and events across Australia and internationally.
This adults-only show will have you spellbound with its spectacular costumes, outrageous humour, incredible singing, acrobatics, and sultry burlesque, set to a soundtrack of contemporary beats and vintage jazz. It is captivating.
The cast is five-star and will keep you on the edge of your seat with their unique and skilful talents.
Canadian performer Félix Pouliot is a graduate of the renowned École de Cirque de Québec. His acrobatic skills took my breath away, along with his constant humour.
Mykhailo Mararovak is a Ukrainian choreographer and performer. He performed at the Paris Olympics in 2024 and was a finalist on Ukraine’s Got Talent with his bone-breaking popping and hip-hop. For those of us who remember The Exorcist, what he does with his head is reminiscent of Linda Blair, just phenomenal.
It’s impossible not to be impressed by the triple-threat talent of Australian dancer, actor, and mezzo-soprano Melanie Hawkins. Hawkins’ credits include playing Columbia in The Rocky Horror Show, Stephanie in Saturday Night Fever, and Zelda Zanda in Singin’ in the Rain.
Danielle Summers is a freelance dance/circus artist and UK aerialist. Her impressive skillset includes acrobatics, hand balancing, contortion, aerial hoop, and dance trapeze. An all-round sensation.
The supporting cast was amazing. Emile Mathieu from Canada was brilliant ... I won’t give away what he does, but his coordination and talent were outstanding. Rounding off this incredible cast are Australians Clare Fable and Flynn Miller, both exceptional.
Blanc de Blanc Encore Melbourne is flawless. The boundless energy and creativity will leave you awestruck.
Every performer is a star in their own right. Imagine a show where all these talents entwine. There were so many moments I held my breath, and in the next breath, I was doubled over in hysterics.
The show runs for 1 hour and 45 minutes, including an interval.
Blanc de Blanc Encore Melbourne runs until 1 February 2026, with a break from 22–30 December 2025, playing Wednesday to Sunday.
If you are looking for an adults-only special night out, this is it.
Get in early so as not to be disappointed, because this will sell out.
The Spiegel Haus is located at 217 Lonsdale St, Melbourne
