In homes across Australia and New Zealand people feared what lay ahead for their loved ones who were sent as part of the Allied force sent to defend Greece.

A raw and authentic account of our Anzacs. It was an emotional yet proud documentary. The theme that kept coming through was the gratitude the Anzacs had for the people of Crete. They helped our diggers eventhough they risked their lives and that of their families, something I think not many Australians are aware of. Thankyou for your vision Dr Ewer
Wow! My grandfather was an ANZAC who was at Gallipoli so this was of great interest to me. I saw Lee courtesy of On The House on Tuesday and took my 27 year old daughter with me, we both thought it was great. The Greek Chapter though was so much better than Lee or most movies. An amazing story, I will be urging my daughter to see it at the next screening on 27 October and you should too! Every Australian citizen should see this.
Amazing insight into the WW2 events in particular the Anzacs and their beautiful and lasting association with the Greeks who helped and hid them.
