Extraordinary concert pianist, Simon Tedeschi, is one of Australia’s foremost classical musicians. Simon is renowned for his performances of the music of the legendary George Gershwin, who has in many ways been a musical ‘accompaniment’ to Tedeschi’s life.
With three celebrated albums of Gershwin’s music and countless acclaimed performances of Rhapsody in Blue under his fingers, Simon presents a suite of favourites including this iconic work, Summertime, I Got Rhythm and more, alongside music of composers from Gershwin’s world, such as Rachmaninov, Chopin and Debussy.

Why only 5 stars?! This show deserves so many more stars. I have never been to a synagogue and to experience Simon's playing at such a grand, auspicious venue was spiritual, enlightening and I felt overwhelmed with emotion and gratitude. I am telling all my friend and thank you!!!
Incredible pianist with excellent storytelling skills; charming, witty hosts; beautiful synagogue. Seats were sorely uncomfortable though; I could barely sit up by the end of it.
