Close-up magic at its best. Jack weaves his magic seamlessly through his stories, making you feel like he's doing it just for you.
Very good story telling by Jack. Keeps you immersed in his journey as a youth to now and from his home to Melbourne. Spread throughout are the tricks he's learned to get to where he is today. It's a story about him and self reflection and he tells it well.
Brilliant. Jack takes you on an emotive journey of his life which makes you think deeply about yours. Throughout this introspection there is unexpected wizardly events that take his audience by surprise. For Jack, this all seems to be part of 'normal' storytelling and it seems he does not even notice how these seemingly strange things happen. Very much worth seeing. A refreshing magic act, set in an intimate, personal space. He makes you feel as though you have known him for years...
